Group Policies & Procedures
  • Reservations: Recommended for groups of 20 or more and required for group pricing. Call to ask about setting up a student performance.
  • Confirmation: Written confirmation of your reservation will be provided within 48 hours, for your approval within 30 days.
  • Deposit: $100.00 due 30 days prior to show to avoid cancellation. (Jan.–Oct.) $100.00 due 60 days prior to show to avoid cancellation. (Nov.–Dec.)
  • Final Count: Due 48 hours prior to show time.
  • Arrival Time: 45 minutes prior to show time.
  • Final Payment: Balance due on or before show date.
  • Cancellation: In writing, 30 days prior to show.
  • Comps: Escort and driver are free with 20 or more paid admissions.
