Group Policies & Procedures
- Reservations: Recommended for groups of 20 or more and required for group pricing. Call to ask about setting up a student performance.
- Confirmation: Written confirmation of your reservation will be provided within 48 hours, for your approval within 30 days.
- Deposit: $100.00 due 30 days prior to show to avoid cancellation.
- Final Count: Due 48 hours prior to show time.
- Arrival Time: 45 minutes prior to show time.
- Final Payment: Balance due before show date.
- Cancellation: In writing, 30 days prior to show.
- Comps: Escort and driver are free with 20 or more paid admissions.
